For the purpose of this Disclaimer:
"Company" (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Disclaimer) refers to Pemedor.
"Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
"Orders" mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
"Service" refers to the Website.
"Website" refers to pemedor.com, accessible from www.pemedor.com.
"You" means the individual accessing the Service or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Times
All Orders are processed within 3-7 business days, with an additional 1-3 days for the carrier to update tracking information online. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pemedor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Policy on Rejected Deliveries and Fraudulent Orders
If a package arrives at the customer's location but is refused upon delivery, we consider it a fraudulent order. The customer is in breach of contract and is responsible for bearing the logistics cost of the package return (10%), the import tax of the country/region where our warehouse is located (13%), as well as the express logistics cost of sending out the package (10%). We condemn such behavior. Orders falling under the following conditions are considered fraudulent:
Requesting a refund after the goods have been dispatched—no refunds are allowed in this case.
Refusing to accept the delivery of goods—In this scenario, a refund will be issued after deducting 33% of the total payment upon return of the goods. If the goods cannot be returned to the warehouse, no refund will be issued, and the customer will lose both the goods and the payment.
Incorrect shipping address on the order resulting in the inability of the courier to deliver.
Other circumstances.
Damages
Pemedor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and the pemedor Team will assist you.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
